Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of the goods we sell and offer refunds for defective products within the warranty period.

Return Conditions:
Goods are accepted for return only if they show obvious defects that can be visually confirmed.

Returns are possible under the following conditions:

  • The item has not been used and remains in the original condition as purchased.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Factory packaging, accessories, and presentation are intact—no signs of oil, grease, fuel, or assembly marks.
  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the sender, unless otherwise stated below.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Exceptions:

  • If the vendor ships the wrong product or an item that does not match the description, the vendor will cover return shipping costs.
  • For returns not caused by vendor error, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If a defect is discovered after product installation in the vehicle, replacement parts may be accepted for return only if accompanied by:

  • A service order receipt showing car and repair details.
  • A claim report from the service station explaining the defect.

If the customer returns goods solely by personal choice (no defect or vendor fault), the customer must cover the return shipping costs.

Return Process

  1. Notify our support team by email at 4x4line.sales@gmail.com with details of the defect, issue, or reason for return.
  2. You will receive a return confirmation from our manager within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once approved, send the return package to:

  4. After shipping, please email us the return tracking number.

Upon receipt, the returned goods will be inspected for compliance with the return request. If discrepancies are found, you will be informed.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed for picking and packing in our warehouse. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

If the order has already left the warehouse, you must wait to receive the package before initiating a return. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable once the order leaves the warehouse, and return shipping fees will be your responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the return is approved. Approved returns will be refunded automatically via the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and credit the refund.
