1. General Provisions

1.3 These Terms and Conditions define the rights and responsibilities of both Customers and the Seller regarding the use of the online shop.

1.4 The Seller acts as the data controller for personal data processed under these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the Privacy Policy on www.4x4line.sk. Providing personal data is voluntary and strictly for order fulfillment.

2. Definitions

  • Seller/Owner: 4X4OK EUROPE SP. z o.o., as above.
  • Online Shop: The website www.4x4line.sk.
  • Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing products from the shop.
  • Customer Account: User-specific area containing order history and account management.
  • Newsletter: Email updates sent periodically regarding offers, promotions, and news.
  • Product: Any physical item available for purchase.
  • Order: Customer’s request to purchase a product.
  • Working Days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping costs depend on product size, weight, and chosen shipping method, calculated at checkout.

4.2 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days; no shipping on weekends or holidays.

4.3 Deliveries from the USA to Slovakia typically take 8–12 working days using express couriers (FedEx, DHL, DPD, GLS). Large/heavy items may ship via sea freight, taking 35–50 working days.

4.4 The Seller is responsible for the goods until received by the Customer, unless an alternative delivery method is chosen.

4.5 Shipment tracking details and carrier contact info will be emailed once shipped and can also be tracked via Order ID on our website.

5. Payment Methods

Customers may pay via:

  • Bank transfer to Seller’s account
  • Electronic and credit card payments through secure online systems

6. Pricing

Prices displayed are invitations to offer purchase. Prices are in Polish zlotys (PLN) excluding VAT and customs duties.

Shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout and communicated before order confirmation.

7. Newsletter Subscription

By subscribing, Customers agree to receive email updates about products and promotions. Unsubscription is possible anytime via email or account settings.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of receiving products, without giving reasons.

Returned products must be in original condition. Customers bear return shipping costs unless the Seller agrees otherwise or failed to inform about this right.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method after receiving the returned product or proof of return.

Exceptions to withdrawal rights include:

  • Custom-made items
  • Perishable or short expiry products
  • Opened sealed goods for hygiene reasons
  • Services tailored specifically to the customer

9. Warranty and Defects

Products come with a minimum 12-month warranty, varying by product and brand, detailed in the product description.

The Seller is liable for defects unless the Customer knew of them when purchasing.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
