Warranty Policy
All products purchased on www.4x4line.sk come with a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery.
If a physical defect appears within this period, the seller will fix it free of charge.
Possible solutions include: repair, replacement, partial refund (price reduction), or full refund — at the seller’s discretion.
Defect removal will be carried out promptly, usually within 60 days of receiving the product.
If the defect type, chosen method, or technical reasons require more time, we will inform the customer about the extended timeline.
The warranty covers defects that arise from manufacturing faults or inherent issues with the product.
How to use the warranty
- Contact our support team at 4x4line.sales@gmail.com to get approval for the return.
- After approval, ship the defective product to:
ul. Świętokrzyska 30/63, 00-116 Warsaw, Poland.
What is not covered
The warranty does not apply to:
- Natural wear and tear during use.
- Damage or breakage due to misuse or improper handling.
- Mechanical damage caused by the customer.
- Customer-performed repairs or modifications.
- Continued use of a malfunctioning item causing further damage.
- Damage due to fire, flood, high temperature, chemicals, or other external events.
In these cases, the warranty is considered void.
However, customers can contact us to purchase spare or replacement parts (if available). These will be charged at their original price plus shipping.
Important:
- Opening the device housing, modifying, adjusting, or removing parts, or using the product outside its intended purpose will immediately void the warranty.
- Once the 24-month period expires, the warranty also expires.
