The cover’s one-piece design eliminates prototypical hinges and seams for maximum weather resistance.
Operating the Retrax PowertraxONE XR is a breeze, thanks to its integrated electric motor and wireless key fobs. Using one of two included remotes, the Retrax PowertraxONE XR opens and closes effortlessly. Release the remote while opening or closing the cover to engage its electromagnetic brake, locking the cover in any position along the rail.
With a sleek, low-profile design and stealthy matte-black finish, the Retrax PowertraxONE XR complements any pickup truck. A key-fob-activated LED light integrated into the cover’s low-profile canister provides additional illumination when loading and unloading cargo in the dark. Retrax Product Warranty Periods
The following warranty terms apply to Retrax products:
- RetraxONE XR and RetraxONE MX come with a limited lifetime warranty.
- Electric versions, including PowertraxONE XR / MX and PowertraxPRO XR / MX, are also covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
- RetraxPRO XR / MX models include a full lifetime warranty.
*Warranty claims after 1 or 3 years may require partial payment for replacement.
Coverage Details
This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized alterations, or external causes.
Warranty Void Conditions
- Use of lubricants on rails or bearings.
- Modifying the cover without prior written approval.
- Use outside the intended purpose.
- Failure to register the warranty within 30 days.
- Damage caused by unsecured cargo.
Limitations
The manufacturer may repair or replace any defective component using new or refurbished parts. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Shipping costs for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
